Prints - General Information

  • We use an smooth, archival matte paper for each print, ensuring accurate and vibrant color reproduction.

    All prints are unframed.

    The total dimensions of the print are shown on the purchase pages. This includes, generally, a .5 inch border around the actual image.

    Giclée is a French word meaning “spraying of ink.” Giclée prints are museum quality reproductions printed using pigmented inks on archival canvas or paper. Longevity tests show the inks to be colorfast for approximately 120 years.

  • Please allow up to 1 week for processing before shipping. Most prints ship within one or two days. Each print gets individually flattened, trimmed to size and quality checked.

  • All prints are shipped rolled in thick and sturdy tubes. The print is unframed.

    Domestic shipping within the U.S. is done through UPS.

    If you plan on moving to a new address before your order has shipped, please email info@mark.oedges.com with your order number and revised address. If you want to make sure your order does not ship while you are traveling, please contact info@mark.oedges.com and let us know the dates you will be away.

  • All prints are shipped rolled in thick and sturdy tubes. We ship to many countries worldwide using UPS or DHL.

    International customers will be responsible to pay all VAT and any other duties or taxes upon delivery. The tax amount differs per country. This amount can be substantial depending on which country you are ordering from.

    Extra time therefore should be allowed for shipping and customs clearance.

  • Our goal is to make sure your receive your print in good condition. In the event damage occurs we will begin the process for replacement. Please read below for best procedures.
 Even if your tube appears to be damaged please accept the delivery from UPS (instead of refusing it) to expedite the replacement process. We have a special process to pack prints so there is a big chance the print(s) did not get damaged. Please fully unpack/unroll your order to inspect for damage. 

If there is damage please take photos and email them to info@markboedge.com so the process can start. All UPS claims must be initiated by the receiver of the shipment.

    A wider and deeper color range is available compared to other processes.

    Giclées are very accurate to the original art.

    Q: When will my order arrive?

    A: Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing prior to shipping. The entire process including shipping should take between 3-4 weeks in the U.S., but possibly longer for international orders.

    Q: Why does it take that long?

    A: We begin production after the end of the sale. It takes time to make the prints, pass quality control, and then package each order to ship.

    Q: What size is the print?

    A: Each image comes in a couple of sizes. View the image to see qwhat size prints are available.

    Q: How much does the print cost?

    A: The cost varies depending on the size of the print.

    Q: Will you sell out?

    A: No. All prints will always be available for purchase. These are not limited edition prints.

    Q: Can I pre-order a print?

    A: You cannot pre-order a print. The timed release will be several days long so you will have plenty of opportunity to order.

    Q: What shipping service do you use?

    A: We ship with UPS, and DHL for a few international locations.

    Q: Do you ship worldwide?

    A: We ship to many countries worldwide, but not all. You can check which countries during checkout. Additional import taxes may apply as per your country's customs guidelines.

    Q: Can you combine orders? I placed more than one order.

    A: We cannot combine orders.

    Q: I’m moving before the prints will be shipped. Can you change my shipping address?

    A: Yes! Please send an email with your new address to info@markboedges.com and we will make an internal note for our printers with the new address.
